LU decomposition: A = P*L*U*Q. A is a general matrix of any size. P, Q are two permutation matrices, both or one of which can be an identity matrix, depending on pivoting and conditioning of the input matrix A. L is a lower triangular matrix, U is an upper triangular matrix.
